Student Conduct Manager: Joanna Jackson

My role as Student Conduct Manager involves ensuring that the University is a welcoming, inclusive and engaging community   for everyone. Students can come to me in confidence with a problem or report an issue and I will investigate where appropriate, as well as offer advice and support, and signpost to other services when needed. I am committed to promoting positive behaviours and seeing students flourish during their time at University.

Compliance Officer: Joanna Hawkes

As Compliance Officer, I work closely with Jo Jackson and assist her with all administration connected with student conduct cases. I also guide students through the process – from a complaint to an appeal, and signpost them to the relevant University regulations. I maintain close ties with our Legal Services team and follow their advice. Although I often deal with the dark side of student life, I am confident that the vast majority of UOB students are inspiring and well-rounded individuals.
