About Me:

Having had a nomadic childhood, I have always loved a challenge and was fascinated by the actions of people. I speak several languages, which took me to working in London. Later, my interest in nutrition and travel led me to a teaching job at a secondary school and during the holidays my kids and I would drive around Europe in a campervan. I later sold my van to undertake a Psychology degree at Buckingham. As an undergrad I set up and ran PsychSoc (which won best society 2 years in a row!) I’m now in my third year at Buckingham, currently doing a PhD in Psychology.

My role as Liaison for Postgraduate Students:

The Postgraduate Student liaison is responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the student union and the postgraduate students across the various faculty. The primary objective is to ensure that student concerns, ideas, and initiatives are effectively conveyed to faculty members across the university and that the student union can work closely with the faculties to address student-related issues.
