About Me
Hey friend! If you're reading this then its safe to say you're curious about who I am and what I actually do. I studied at Buckingham at undergrad and postgrad levels. I have been a member of several sports clubs and societies, and now I have the privilege of being your first ever student voice sabbatical officer. So please feel free to say hi whenever and wherever you see me, I look forward to meeting you!
My Role as Vice President - Student Voice
The student voice goes to the core of what we do as the SU. So, I make sure that the University is actively including students in conversations and carrying them along as decisions are made. I also coordinate the academic representatives and make their roles as effective as possible. My role also means I make sure that the SU, being a student-led body, is student focused and accurately representing students’ interests.
My Goals
- Pushing for accessible learning, teaching and assessment.
- Effective Feedback Systems.
- Equity in provision of resources to students at satellite campuses.
- Student focused utilisation of spaces and resources.
