This free event is open to all members and offers a unique opportunity to explore a career in surgery.
We are pleased to welcome a female surgeon who will speak about her time studying at the University of Buckingham, her experiences as a woman in surgery, and the different pathways into a surgical career. This will be followed by a short “Welcome to Medical School”–style session delivered by our team.
The afternoon will conclude with an interactive VRiMS surgical workshop, providing hands-on exposure to virtual reality surgical simulation.
