This term we have added the Crafternoons to our array of activities available every week. The activity provided students with the opportunity to get themselves engaged in a craft activity on a Tuesday Afternoon at a designated time (usually from 3 pm onwards). The crafts ranged from cookie painting to clay modelling, and this term we have had paint-by-numbers, plate painting, cookie painting and plant pot painting.
Annabel, SU Vice President of Activities: "Crafternoons have been a joy to host from an SU perspective as I get to see students come along in groups (oftentimes friends) and this gives them a chance to have some activity to do while hanging out with friends on campus outside of the classroom."
Equally, Crafternoons have been welcomed by students with open arms and are something we hope to see continue in the terms to come.
