On Tuesday 24th October Girls Night In returned and this time was hosted by our BSU President, Eleanor Stevens. The aim of the evening is to provide a safe space for our female students to relax and chat whilst taking part in fun activities.
Activities included doughnut and cake decorating, there were plenty of snacks on offer and the chance to contribute to our canvas painting that will be displayed in the OTM in future weeks.
Eleanor Stevens, BSU President: "Seeing amazing women come together to spend a few hours talking, painting or meeting new people was incredibly warming. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively and I hope to see similar events in the upcoming year. I would like to thank everyone who came along for supporting the event and to Sarah and Brook for their support"
The Student Union partners with Hey Girls to provide free sanitary products to our students and there were some additional products available to our students attending the event including period pants and cups.
