After the success of last years event, it seemed almost silly to not organise a rematch for Basketball V Netball. Although the game is tough, it has always been fun to play with another team. The boys from Basketball worked hard, picking up the rules as they went along and using speed and agility to bring the ball down their end. Alas, they were not as swift as the Bucks Tornadoes, and the super shooters Issie, Hannah and Edan led the netballers home to victory.
Thanks to the generosity of players and spectators an outstanding £200 was raised this year, an incredible contribution to a very personal cause. We are thrilled to donate to the Motor Neurone Disease Assosciation, and look forward to raising more money next year!
