Our annual Sports and Societies Awards evening returned on Friday 28th August. Hosted at the Leonardo Hotel in Milton Keynes our clubs and societies gathered to celebrate their achievements from the past 12 months. Always a special occasion with a prosecco reception, three course dinner alongside the award presentation and then a brilliant after party.
The event was hosted by our Student Union Manager, Sarah Ruff and was officially opened by Kamva Gcaza, Student Union President. Later in the evening the Buckingham Sports Union President, Saniya Kumar, gave her reflections on the year.
