Hi there!
Firstly, I’d like to wish you all a Happy New Year. I am delighted to meet and welcome all our new students to the University. I am equally excited to see all our returning students again - I hope you have had a lovely break.
This year at the Students’ Union, promises to be a lot of fun and excitement. Starting on the 8th of January, we will welcome all our new students to the university, allowing them to meet other new students and the SU team at various events. There will equally be mingling and moments to meet the returning students at parties, games nights and the sports and freshers’ fairs. All these are also opportunities put in place to ensure that you are engaged in lots more stuff outside of your academics.
Aside from these events, the Students Union strives to represent you and your interests and ensure that your student experience is Superb! As part of our goals this year, we are prioritising the student voice; and we can only do this with your help. So, engage with us in all that we do and tell us how we are doing- we’d love to hear from you.
Communication is key to our mutual success, and we do this in a variety of ways.
